Seems Like Everyone is Getting a 300...This is Mine

Just got a 300 wide delivered today. I am putting some water in it, but can only go so high until I get my overflow box plumbed. I want to thank "Bderick67" for helping me finish putting the stand together while waiting for the tank to arrive (2 hour window and it was 1 hour late) and for helping me unload and unpack it. My cousin helped me carry it in the house after I completed the rest of the stand and set it on. All I have are filling pix right now. I am going to plumb the overflow box and set up the filtration as soon as I can, but I'm burnt out right now. BTW, that's just condensation on the tank. It's in the storage room...will be for a year or two. I'm going to put a curtain or something up behind the tank sometime. I was going to paint the back and bottom black, but decided against it.

stock is going to be 5 Cichla from 4.5-7.5" for now and then a Leiarius pictus, jardini and then I'm not sure what else besides my 7 cichla when they get large enough (they are only 2-3" right now). I think I'm also going to put my 10" Atabopo Fire Pike and 8" NGT in there for a little while until I starve my Cichla to get them off live (the other two are being picky right now, too)

oh, sorry, dude...i forgot to answer that. I got it for 1500 shipped from Acrylic World. They only had one that was built. I think they had sold it but the buyer backed out and that's why it was only 1100.

There is a 1" spot where the cement didn't reach that is causing the overflow box to leak not a major problem, but still...


oh and I am going to get a motoro or hystrix once the new filter seeds and everything is good.

dam very nice! dude near me has a 350 that has been siting in his ware houre for a year. buyer put a down payment then backed out. has holes drilled for a sump. said its 1,600 but told me to make him a crazy offer and if he is in a good mood he will take it! calling him tomorrow with 800.... wish me luck!

for sure...good luck, man. that would be awesome. what are the dimensions? only 350 i can think of off the top of my head was 6x4x2
