Alot of you have seen my venny pike and hes a big boy at 10 inches, but i feel hes just too big to keep as ive started growing out 5 festeas, a grammode, and a cuban. All the lil ones are around 1-2 1/2 inches and beginning to grow quick. I dont have a tank to keep the pike in alone. Hes an awesome fish and ive had him for a while now but i dont know if hes worth keeping with my rt and other fish and taking the chance of him killing them when they get big enough to go in the big tank.

Sorry if this sounds rude but why do you keep getting fish that you don't have room for? It seems like you get a new fish every week and then don't know what to do with the rest.

Its a good question and its not rude. I dont have to sell the pike as i would just have to move some fish around and it would be fine. I have plenty of room for all my fish and have no worries about space as i will be ordering a 240 next year when tax returns come in. I am just worried the pike is too big for my other fish. I did just get a freddy but im giving him back to my friend as the pike and him dont go good together

You should keep him if you have the capability. Not too long ago you said he's your favorite fish. I think you'll miss him if you let him go.

Good decision. I've gotten rid of a couple of favorites over the years to make room for newbies and I usually regret it in the end.

Just a little aside: it's Grammodes* with an "S" at the end whether it's singular or plural. Sorry, just a pet peeve of mine :) Balton'll tell ya how I feel about technicalities ;)

HAHA ok ill remember that thanks

Keep him. I conteplated selling my belly crawler but I am so glad I kept him. Got him and woman and they are the goofiest couple ever.

keep it, feed it, watch it run around its tank like a viking

This is what many people do...buy a 30-40 gal rubber bin from Walmart or where ever and put him in there...just add a bit of gravel and a spongefilter.

Bins are about $5-10 depending on the brand.

Sorry forgot this, Cycle the bin or use half to fill with your tank water.
