Selling FH as Trimacs?

Can not be 100% sure either way - the fish is too small, and looks stressed (e.g., darkened stripes), which creates further problems.

I generally agree that claiming a fish is Trimac, when its a hybrid is rampant and is obviously very bad for the hobby.
 
It looks like a hybrid to me. I remember back this past winter when some people bought some trimacs from my favorite cichlid vender, TUIC, and they turned out to be FHs. I felt bad, but I posted that I would not buy anymore Trimacs from there if that's what he was selling as Trimacs. It turns out, TUIC got burned by getting Flowerhorns from another source at a young age. So Jeff Rapps from TUIC started selling true Trimacs from his personal breeding stock. I was curious to see how they turned out, and got two very little ones in late June. At no time did they look like those posted on that aquabid link. I took a pic of one today;
