I'm planning on moving my bichir to my 50g once I get the 100g up & running but I don't know what to put in with him. I'm thinking about some kind of smaller cichlids, I really want a JD but i'm afraid it will be too agressive. Or maybe some more bichirs, what do you guys think? Any suggestions? btw my bicher is 2 1/2-3inches.

JDs aren't too aggressive, IMO. A GT would be better though. Maybe get a shoal of Silver Dollars. And more Bichirs would always be nice;)

Could do 2 more senegals safely, as long as they are not agressive males, also pretty much any fish thats 3"-7" and won't beat up the sengal would go great in the 50.

I currently have a 75 gallon stocked with a senegal, some ropefish, satanoperca juruparis, four line pimelodellas, and an african knife and I find that all of them make good tank mated with senegals and they all don't get too big. I think that ropefish are the best tank mates since they are close relatives and very similar.

no weeksii, teugelsi, ornate, ...... if the 50gal is 12" wide, then no palmas complex...... stick to cb sens, mokes, cb dels (cb's stay smaller than wc counterparts). If the 50 gal is 17" wide, then you have more options.
