senegal bichir feeding

i just bought 2 baby senegals (3-4"). the problem is that they don't want to
eat anything other than the hikari sinking pelets i feed their tank mates. How do i get them to eat other foods??

were the bloodworms freeze dried or frozen? Actually a steady diet of good quality pellets isn't bad-Anne

I'd rather have them stuck on pellets than stuck on anything else.

P.S. I had an endli that didn't seem to want to eat ANYTHING until I put beefheart in with him. Try some of that.

A pellet diet is fine. Makes it easy for you as well. You could try small pieces of raw fish. They'll become acquainted to the smell and eventually go after live fish.
