Senegal Bichir has a weird white spot

Recently I transferred my Senegal into my 75 gallon planted tank and she is acting naturally and energetic like usual, but I noticed a white spot that suddenly appeared on her head and was wondering if it was a scar from bumping into things or something that needs medication. Pictures are below

Wouldn't use meds just keep water clean. My Senegal's get a scrape now and the I just maintain water quality never used meds.

Agree with all the above. Polys have great regeneration abilities it'll heal quick.
