Senegal Bichir, Rope Fish, & Salvini Cichlid?

Can I keep 1 Senegal Bichir, 3 Rope Fish, and 1 Salvini Cichlid in a 55 gallon?

You might be able to pull this off depending on how aggressive the Salvini is.

I would say overstocked with 3 ropes and a senegal bichir alone i don't know about the salvini cichlid but with just the ropes and senegal it's over stocked. i would say you can pick 1 of the 4 ropes/senegal at most to enjoy it. or you could cram 2 into it but 3 ropes and 1 senegal too overstocked.

i agree with dr.b, since its going to be overstocked your Salvini (if bigger) is going to massacre your poly's.

forget about the cichlids and just put 4 upper jaw bichirs in ur tank

I would recommend in a 55 gallon tank:

A brown knife
2 ropefish
3 upperjaw bichirs
