I see a lot of aquas with many bichirs together...but mine is by himself to and doing great...

Senegals are IMO the most sociable bichir species...

Though not scientifically proven, I believe keeping it with other bichirs brings out the curosity in them.
My senegal always checks out a newly introduced bichir everytime i buy one and release it into the tank.
