i go both my del and senegal at the beginning of the year. my senegal is now 6-7" while my del is maybe 5" at most. i moved them from my 10g grow out tank and it seems like the del hasnt grown since. they both primarily eat shrimp pellets and occasionally bloodworms, but the senegal looks so much bigger. is this normal?

Sens grow fast at first but when they reach the size of 8 or 9, it slows down or will never grow at all.

That's plenty of room for them for now. Anything else being kept with them?
Also I would feed them a more better varied diet. Also Hikari pellets are the best for these guys.

they're kept with the tankmates in my sig. i've tried other foods but they dont really want to eat much else. when they were in thier grow out tank i fed them hikari pellets but didnt eat them. ill try the larger sinking pellets when the get a little larger. they've occasionally ate shrimp. they do eat sinking algae wafers
they're all getting moved to my 125g soon
