non grower? a couple of years old? i just bought a senegal. he's about 5 inches long and i can see his greedy lil but putting on girth and even a little length. i've only had him just under a month. what size tank do you have your's in?

Diet-Krill,Plankton,Raw-Seafood-Hand fed so I know he takes it and I watch him eat as well.
Water Params are top notch.
Also not my first one-I use to have a beauty of a albino that i grew to a larger size before it died of my mistake.....

If I had to guess a timeline-
Lets put it this way-
Has to be close to 2 years old atleast.Bought at around the 3 inch mark-Maybe it is around the 4 to 4.5 inch mark.
That is the normal everyday run of the mill gravel that he is one.Just to give a size refrence...
I see no growth-I do believe their isn't much wrong with diet-I know water is fine-Tested regurly...Filtration is fine for my stocking.
I just can't figure it out-And yes,I have tried other diets as well-

Nice Sen. It's interesting how they vary growth rate from fish to fish. I had a Sen that grew from 3" to 5" in a year while my current Sen grew form 2" to 7" in 4 months.
