peacock eel and senegals will be fine together, but I dunno about the other two tankmates that you mentioned. They may pick on them.

Hujetas should pretty much ignore them, firemouths is iffy but most I've had ignore anything except other cichlids. You should be fine as long as the eel is too big for the bichir to eat.

I had a zigzag with a senegal until the heater locked on. The zigzag rapidly out grew the sen, but there were never any aggression issues between the two.
