Senegal's at LFS

So went to my LFS today they ahev like 20 sen's in for 16bucks canadian each. Wondering if thats a good buy there about 5 inches long, also....


If i got them would be going into a 70gallon tank with 2 6-7inch del's that i already have, would they be fine or would there be fin nipping because of size difference? They would be upgrading into a 125 in a few months

They should be fine. I have a 3" with a 7-8" and a couple varying in sizes in between, and they get along fine.

That's a pretty decent price around here. I've seen then anywhere from $12 - $35 CDN, depending on location and chain. If they're a nice fat 5", I'd say pick some up.

Compatibility should be alright, but they sound a little expensive to me. I've seen 5" in NY for about ten bucks.
