Just went to feed my polys and my 5" Sen was sorta spazzing out. He has his head cocked to the left and his body was kinda seizing as he moved from one side of the tank to the other. He did it for about 30 seconds and then stopped and then settled down in one corner of the tank breathing heavy. I fed the tank and he didn't seem to even notice the food.

Both of his tankmates are acting totally normal. Everyone looks physically normal, no other symptoms. He was acting completely normal an hour earlier when I was down there.

Is this just my Sen being weird or is this a symptom of something?

Sounds strange. Doubt it's anything to worry about. Ask the Senegal whisperer, tlindsey tlindsey !

Now and then Sen's will spazz out, something may have spooked it . Ime Sen's, Del's, and Ornates are good for spazzing out especially Del's lol.

Now that you mention it my other Sen spazzes out here and there. They're definitely my most skittish polys. This was just such a poltergeist-like spazzing that it seemed out of the ordinary lol. Thanks!

So this morning he's doing it again but this time it doesn't stop. Now he's able to lay still, but when he starts to swim his stomach seams to be rolling upwards and then he does his head tilt seizure. It's really hard to watch. Anyone have any ideas? Air bubble?

All other poly in tank are still 100%

to me it sounds like a case of not being able to pass whatever is in his system and air is stuck, but I'm not 100% sure.

sorry you are having to watch that. It does sound unsettling. Hoping your poly gets better soon! Let's see what everyone else says. They will be more knowledgeable about the issue. :)

Update: the sen is still doing it. He'll sit still for a while and appears fine, but then when he tries to move his stomach wants to roll up and he freaks out, then after a few seconds he calms down again. My theory is that he's got an air pocket somewhere, and it seems like he just REALLY hates it
