I am thinking of buying a Sengal but do not know much about bichirs would he be ok with a peacock bass silver aro and a jardini he is 8 inches the other fish range from 8-10 inches and what do yopu guys feesd your bicirs

i've kept my 10" senegal with my 22" silver aro with no issues. it's your call.

hmm it's a very dangerous decision, the peacock bass you have will out grow your sen very soon,..

I've had 2 (8 in.) sens in with my silver arowana for some time and never had any problems. Sens are pretty mellow. I've never had a peacock, so I can't speak to that.

I have a 9" in with my 7" and 6" pbass and nothing ever happens, infact ive had it with a jardini a silver aro, and african pikes and the never bother each other. Its a real universal pet because your other fish dont pick on it and it doesnt pick on other fish

ive had my senegal with orino pbass, now he is living with 5 other polys and a silver/jardini arowana. no problems what so ever.

well i got him and for free i was stoked he is about 10 inches and he is a brute im stoked what should i feed him massivore do they ever surface to eat

my ornate use to eat the surface, but not anymore. you can feed him silversides, shrimp, krill, etc.

My pbass at my sen even after about a year of living together. The sen was about 8 in and the pbass was around 12. The sad thing is he regurgitated the sen. Pretty gross...I say don't do it.

when the peacock gets to big he will be moved into a different tank the sengal is larger than the peacock bass
