Sengalus with injured gill

After carefully inspecting my stock last night I noticed my little sengalus has a damaged gill. It looks as if it were traumatized as if it were bitten by another bichir... an odd place to bite. Could it be some type of gill disease?

I have 2 other bichirs in the tank and one green terror, everyone else seems fine.

Any ideas?

I am going to treat the tank with Prazi Pro... I am following the assumption it is gill flukes.
