My flowerhorn scraped or bumped his head recently, and I'm a little worried that he might have HITH, or some kind of infection, but he's eating well.
Here are some pictures:

Thanks. In the first picture, you can see two small indentations below his nuchal hump, and two more above his nostrils. I think they're probably sensory pits, but I'm a little worried.

Don’t see much there. Agree with tlindsey tlindsey . Just watch for any changes.

Thanks, I was looking at some pictures of flowerhorns, and I think it's normal. I just worry about my fish, and I'm kind of new to keeping flowerhorns.

Agree they look to be normal sensory pits, that are part of the lateral line system. they are what become infected when water quality is not maintained, or other stress factor come into play.
Check out the sensory pits on the entire facial area of this Stomatepia pindu, used to find prey when in jams its head into the mud in Lake Barumbi mbu.

They are not usually so predominant, but I edited the shot to bring them out
Below a more normal shot.

Do you think that they are infected, or are they fine? It seems like they became more prominent after he got the abrasion on his head.

Do fish have sensory pits below their mouth? Because it almost looks like he has 4 small holes/indentations below his mouth, two on each side. But yeah, it looks like he has two holes for nostrils on each side, and then two more holes higher up on his head, but I think the ones higher up are sensory pits. But I read that flowerhorns were only supposed to have one nostril on each side of their head. I'm not sure, but it almost looks like his nostrils are becoming more prominent. Wouldn't he not be eating if it was Hexamita? He's eating fine.
