Separated CL with whitespot, how long til its safe?

About 36 hours ago I noticed one of the 8 large loaches in my 160g (with ornate bichir, green aro, heckeliis, uarus) looked like it had a few small white spots on him. I wasn't 100% certain but decided to play it safe and isolate it in a 20g quarantine tank. I've increased the temp to 29*C and added salt, and now I can't see any signs of the spots. How long should I wait to be sure that it has gone and he's not going to infect the whole tank? All the fish in the big tank are fine.

For ich cases, treat all fish in the main tank. Once you encounter ich in your tank, the whole tank has to be treated. Isolation is pointless. Treat with a tablespoon per 5g of table salt and be sure to dissolve thoroughly and add gradually to the tank to avoid osmotic shock.
