Separating a pair from the group

I have 7 rotkiel severum in a 125g tank and pairs are starting to form.These guys are really skittish and dash to the corner in a group whenrver I put anything in the tank or try to photograph them.I would like to get a pair out next time I see eggs.Any advice on doing this?Im sure someone has grown out a group of larger cichlids and had to get the pairs out.They are too similar in appearance and I wouldnt want to make a mistake.

take teh eggs out and hatch them urself n a well filtered cleaned non nasty tank and w/c every 2 days

Thanks,that part I can figure out for myself.Just wondering if anyone on the site has a trick for isolating a pair and getting them out of a group.
I might try to net them while theyre defending thier eggs,hopefully they stay put long enough for me to get both.
