SERA 1100 External Canister Filter

Hey Guys! im happy to be back to this Forum...

Would like to know if anyone had any experience with This External Canister Filter.
A friend of mine jut got one, and he wants to sell it to me, please let me know what
you guys think of this Canister Filter.

hes selling because he had for some time in a box in his Aquarium Store, but the box got wet so he decided to sell underprice to me.. is new, has never been used, i wanna know how good it is, some people told me that Eheim and Sera are better than Fluval.. i wanna know from u guys if is really good, cause im considering to buy from him...
