Sera baktopur help

I am presently treating three puntius tetrazona in a 5 gallons hospital tank for fin rot. I am using Sera baktopur (acriflavine and methylen blue). The instructions says : day 1 : 1 ml / 5 gallons
day 2 : pause
day 3 : 1ml / 5 gallons

My question is : what do I do on day 4, 5, 6 ... if the fin problem still exists ?

You should probably contact the manufacturer, but I would guess that you can probably repeat the process if the problem is still present.
