What are your water parameters? pH, temperature, nitrates, nitrites, ammonia. Check these things now, don't just post what they were last time you checked. I've had fish get cloudy eyes or look sickly a few times for seemingly no reason, and then it turned out the heater got turned off and the temp was way too low, or something had caused one of the other parameters to change.

It's probably a bacterial infection, in which case the best choice is an antibacterial medication. The 2 I use most are erythromycin and trisulfa, the former isn't supposed to be as bad about killing off your biological filter but it's still best to quarantine. They usually work very quickly, especially if you start treating right away.

pimafix + water changes

There's a good chance they will, but they may not, you'll just have to see.
