serpae tetra

hey guy/gals! I recently purchased nls small fish formula .5mm pellets for my sarpae tetras. I have appx 30 of them in my 150g tank ranging from .75-1". They do not seem to see or pay any attention to the pellets. Are they too small for .5mm? Or they are still trained to eat flakes?

Anyone have a similiar problem with this formula with small tetras?

had a similar problem when changing food, try mixing flake/pellet in normal amount and when their eating all food gradually reduce amount of flake in the mix hope this helps

You could also not feed them for 2 days and then add a tiny amount a pellets so they have to compete for food. If not interested rerty the next day. Mine took 3 days to take pellets once I got them from the LFS.
