I'd like to have a go at keeping a Rhom, but.. not sure my water is up to the task. My PH is in the 7.5-7.8 range. Can it be done? I've read about using peat and driftwood to lower PH but also that it doesn't lower it much. I do not wish to get into mixing water and chemicals to maintain the chemistry if I can help it.. (There's a reason I closed my SW tank..)

I've almost always had my serras in tanks around 7.6 - As jp said, keeping it stable is most important
