i have a school of gold piranhas or serrasalmus maculatus piranhas i would like to trade. i have no preference. but another type of piranha would be nice. these fish have been schooled for 2 years now with no casualties, biggest reaching just under 5.5" smallest just over 4.5". these fish are off live food, (i will toss in some feeders once a month as a treat, but not a part of their diet) they will eat flakes, not sure about pellets, but love shrimp and any kind of meats really. aquascape has these fish at this size marked at $125. im not looking for equal value here. if you have something of lesser value, and i feel its worth it to me, then i will work something out.

if your in the northern colorado or wyoming area i would prefer pick-up, but i can meet you somewhere close if needed.

i do not have any recent pics of them, all the pics above are older, about 2-6 months ago. but they are starting to show some incredible blue's with very nice gold speckling. i love these fish, and would hate to see them go, but i will for the right deal. PM me if you have any offers.

to narrow down the options, im looking for hydrolycus genus, piranhas, or other large predatory fish. but like i said above, im open to anything. send me a pm. all offers will be considered.

nothing really? these guys are awesome, and cheap to feed with a diet of tropical flakes, shrimp, and really anything else meaty. and alot of character. they are always on the side of the tank closest to my bed when i wake up in the morning like looking at me. these guys are awesome!!

How many in a "school?" FYI, I wouldn't consider "No casualties" = "Successful." They're known for fin/tail nipping..

oh, my bad, i thought i put how many. i have 4. and there is a little fin nipping, but the worse case was when i was in michigan for a month, and didn't instruct the people taking care of it the proper feeding, so they got hungry, and nipped on each other pretty good, but healed up within 2 weeks. i meant successful as in no serious aggression, or injuries.
