Alright everyone I wanna see you black piranhas!

I've had my little guy for a year now he was 3 inches when I got him and now pushing 7. I think we can agree it takes a lot of patients and stamina to grow out a young rhom to adult size.

Anyways just wondering how you guys are doing with your Rhoms.

I know it takes a whole before they "break out of there shell" and stop being so shy, what's been the case for you guys?

Anyways here's my guy he is in a 120 4x2x2 by himself

nice rhom, thank you for sharing.
would love to have a 4x2x2 120g for my rhom.

as for coming out of the shell, it's different for every fish, I've had some that comes out almost instantly, some takes forever.

more pix please :)

bomber I seen your rhom in youtube before I got got mine! seeing nice rhoms like yours is the reason I got one, i hope i can be paitent enough to hang on to mine untill hes more interactive

:D Gratitude.

lando have you ever thought about putting in white sand? i think the white would really make his colors pop just my opinion.

Love your fish!

Get him like 20x giant danio's.

I've done a crazy amount of research on these fish, white sand is generally a bad idea, as they really like light sensative, also there colours really depend on the substrate! I know you can get away with it but I'm trying to keep this guy as happy as I can!
