I been getting many answers which confuses me. I know where to get Caribe Piranhas and really want to get them because I was fonded with Piranhas for a long time. I tried getting information from a pet store and I have some knowledge from the internet, but now confused...

First is how many should I get? 1, 3, or 5 or more, not an even number person ocd? and can 1 live as healthy and long as having more?
What is the minimum size tank per adult I should get? I'm asking this because I saw at the petstore 3 rbp in a tank less than 20 gallons
A long with the tank, what kind and how big of a filter I should get?
and what type of heater or how many watts should I get?
and do I need an air pump for it/them?
what kind of substrate is best for them? I was told black gravel or sand
and should I use live water plants or fake ones?
please add any additional infomation I need to know... I want the best chances for their survival :]
