after months of waiting iam finaly setting up my 125 acrilic truvu tank(its 72LX20HX18W)its scratched up so i think iam going to use it for grow out but i will see how it looks with a light on it and some fish in it, iam going to put a wetdry under the tank and was wondering what size of return pump i would need the tank has a 1 1/2" overflow and it would need to pump up about 4', i plan on useing pot scrubbies for the wetdry with some quilting batten from wal mart(they have it on a big roll and you buy it in 3' lengths)on top to get the big stuff, iam going to take afew pot scrubbers from my existing filters to help seed the new ones and put some gravel from an astablished tank on the bottom of the wetdry but should i cycle with fish or amonia? sence i plan to add my 8" TSNXRTC, 6" CK and 8" clarius cat ASAP to free up my 75g for my aro, any other help would great sence this my first time doing an overflow wetdry ect but at least i will have some practice for when i get my 180
Not real familiar with wet/dry but on a side note, this product is great for scratches
