Setting up a 150

Just ordered the FX5 for a 150 I'm setting up. I've never done a tank this big, any stocking ideas. All I got in my existing tank is a:

1 Green Terror
1 Common Pleco
1 Jack Dempsey
1 Albino Tiger Oscar


Thinking about putting in an Arowana, a Tiger Shovelnose Cat and another Cichlid

Any ideas for me?

I agree I will need to upgrade sometime down the road, but right now all the fish are tiny, at 2-3 inches.


Any ideas for a really cool cichlid, something you don't see everyday?

Your current stocklist will be fine for life in a 150. Have you thought about bottom dwellers?

I'm also wondering what people think about putting in a sump, along with the filter.

If so should I put the heater in the sump?

I would not add anymore cichlids to that. If you do get a Aro and TSN,you will definitely need to upgade in a year or so.

I guess I should give an update on the tank. Since my first post I have had the tank running for about 2 weeks.
I first reenforced the stand, I picked it up off CL and it looked a little shakey and I would rather overkill the stand rather than worry.
I filled the tank and brought over the inhabitants from my 55.
Recently picked up an arowana, endli birchir and a small buttikoferi. Theres already an Oscar, JD, and Pleco in there everyone is under 4 inches except the aro who is about 5 inches. So we will see how it goes, hopefully he doesn't pick off everyone else. The tank is very cloudy right now so because I just put sand it so maybe I can get some pics of my progress up soon.
