I'm setting up a above ground 300 gallon sting ray pond. Looking for it to be 16inch deep at the deepest and edges around 8 inches. lots of live plants (help to control nitrates, submerged and above water plants, 100 gallon sump, two external pond filters, two different return pumps ( one for water fall, other for hydrating the rock beds filled with plants), over flow box, and a downward intake pipe.

Building a block foundation, then creating shells with sand bags

I need suggestions on how to plumb this....

I attatched a rough sketch of my idea

Large submerged pump or pumps to move water around and to the filter, then water go through sump and fall back into the pond. My question is why so small? Its a pond go large for lots of rays.

This is going to be Legend-wait for it... dary!
