I am setting up a drip on a new setup. i have been running drips for a few years now, and usually drill the sump and install a bulkhead for the discharge water.. But this new setup has a glass 40 gal breeder for the sump. I dont think i want to try to drill it. The tank is acrylic, but since it has an overflow i dont think drilling the tank for the discharge would work either... Do i have any other options? Or do i need to buy a Rubbermaid container and switch out the 40 breeder with this so i can install a bulkhead??

I run a small ehiem pump with a sump pump controller. Half inch vinyl tube runs up over the top of sump and out through a hole in my wall. A little more expensive to setup but it works great.
I was worried about a drip freezing as it went out my wall to the outside in the winter. So with this it pumps out about a half gallon at a time which will not freeze cause its warm. Other bonus is its a smart controller with alarms that go off it its activated for to long or power goes out.
