Setting up a second salt water tank! Need fish suggestions!

Alright so I've had a salt water tank for almost two years so i got a little experience. I want to get a Dwarf Lion and a Blue Spotted Puffer its a 30 gallon tank any other/better suggestions?
 
I wouldn't put a toby (blue spotted puffer) with a dwarf lion, especially in a tank that small. The toby nips fins, and could treat your lion like a chew toy...

I'd do:
The toby

A flame hawkfish

Or you could do:
The dwarf lionfish

Do you have any other suggestions besides the file fish? I see them all the time in my lfs but im looking for something with more color.
 
Royal Gramma Basslet, Onyx Clown, Velvet damsel, Pink spotted watchmen Goby, purple spotted hawkfish, Potters-Coral Beauty-Flame- or Charib Dwarf Angel Fish, Tail spotted Wrasse to name a few
