setting up brackish

i am a newbie at brackish and wanted to know if i could set up a brackish tank in 1 day thanks

Not unless you already have a brackish tank from which you can take substrate, used filter media, or a lot of something that would have the beneficial bacteria on it.
You'd also need to have quite a bit of spare time in that one day, and you'd have to have all of the equipment pretty much on hand already.

you could set up all of the equiptment and get it going running but you could not stock fish. Unless you want a bunch of dead fish.
