Setting up carbon/sediment filtration?

Can i hook this up to my hose and use it to do water changes directly? Hoe many gph will it put out? What do I need to get besides the filter to do that?

I will still add tap water conditioner before doing the water change. Wondering what I need to hook this up to hose

It uses small tubing, it doesn't say what the exact size is. You could probably get an adapter at Lowe's or Home Depot to hook it up to a garden hose. I'm not sure how many GPH it will put out, it depends on the flow rate of the filter and your water pressure. I just use a Python water changer do do water changes, and I just add Seachem safe before filling up the tank.
