setting up filtration in a 55g plastic drum

im going to keep my oscars in the plastic drum till i can find someone who would either take good car of them or build a bigger moster tank in my new fish room. i have a fluval 4+ internal filter ill probably use but if anyone has schematics or has done a permanent filter for a drum it would be welcomed since i will probably either breed convicts or guppys in the drum

A Sump with a heater and a rounded light to hang above the drum. get a screen cover for the drum too.

No pun intended but how will you keep the bottom of the drum clean or catch fish that swim to the bottom ?
