Setting up Flowerhorn tank

I have a 210 gal tank, 1000 gallon koi pond, turtle tank, and now i wanna set a tank up in my room on top of a drawer. The length of the drawer is 31 inches and the width is 15 inches. So the size of the aquarium i am estimate would be anywhere from 20-50 gal depending on the height. my ideal goal would be 30 gal. What is the least i can get away with for one flowerhorn?
