Hello I am looking to set up a fish room in a 5 by 9 room so space is tight. I am looking at Importing Balas, Koi and Angels to start. This is just a trial before buying a place to do this out of we want to see if there is a market large enough to support a small importing Business first. Now We need larger and very cheap alternatives to Tank we had been looking at water Barrels. Any one have better suggestion please note we alread have 25 gallon tanks for Breeding and are looking at 100 gallon for a wall but if anyone here has a creative Idea it would get great. aspecially for Kio They will be very small at first and want them in that tinny room first. Thank you

The rubbermaid holding tanks are a good option. They range is sizes, and are more suitable for swimming space than a barrel.

you could also try making your own indoor ponds. a few people have done it, and for super cheap. there are some in the indoor pond section. maybe try that

There is a 900 gallon "pool" available with soft sides for just over $100 US. not sure if it would fit in your space or not though... you could also build a plywood tank, etc.

Well i have lots of business experience i may be younger but i own www.greatgemsgreatprices.com we import colored gemstones and just started importing rough diamonds much harder then fish. Now this is just a trial but i know there is a good market i have had 3 stores already agree to buy one that is a franchise store.

Thank you more ideas guys keep it coming i am looking at the those poly stock tanks they are looking good. We are looking at building a wall up with tanks 10-25 gallon thanks on it

Now this is sort of unrelated i see breed board i need to know how easy breading platties are and sword tails.

I know you are in canada and you might not have these available up there, but at farm stores around here you can get 8 foot found plastic tubs that are about 2-3 feet high. The good part is they are not that $ for the amount of gallons you would have!
