setting up my new tank - need some good advice

Hi guys,
I could do with some good advice on cycling my new tank if possible,
it is an 800 litre tank with a fluval fx5 i have put some media from a spare filter in it. the tank is running for 3 days now with a few small fish added on day 2. i am adding seachem stability every day.i also have a fluval 405 running for 2 months in a 180litre tank with my quetzals. i want to move the quetzals in asap!!!
would moving the 405 over with the fish enable me to do this soon???
and also has anyone any suggestions for tankmates?

does any1 use led lighting on their tanks? like the idea of it

I would use the 405 and a couple of media bags full of substrate from a cycled tank and you should be fine, just don't add any new tankmates for a couple of weeks

thanks for that, never thought of using substrate in bags. im gonna try it now and transfer all over. fingers crossed!!!!
