I just got a new 75 gallon and I'm putting my 2 Red ear sliders in there. Any suggestions on a filteration system for it? They are very messy turtles and I like the water clean. So all suggestions are appreciated.
Cannister or sump. Make a sump IMO. Costs 20$ and upwards, depending on what you do, and $70 for a pump. Best filter. I chose them over an Eheim, and I LOVE my Eheims!
Sump. It is a wet/dry filter. You can make it out of a rubbermaid container, from Target or Walmart, or a small tank, such as a 10 gallon. IMO means - In My Opinion. I'll search to find some "pretty" wet/drys and some "just effective" wet/drys.
