setup clarification

Hi,

I just wanted some clarification for my setup. I've been able to get three different setups for my classroom. It seems that every setup that's been given to me has an air pump bubble device in it. I am under the impression that if you have enough flow, then you don't need them. In all three tanks, I've got a pretty high flow (about 10 times), so do I also need air pumps?

Not really, it all will come down to stocking, good flow will produce enough o2

I have never used an air pump, and all of my fish are fine. Maybe I'm lucky, IDK. I use HOB filters though if that makes any at all diff.
