Setup of an External Filter...

Hi guys, just switched to an external filter, Jebo 828 with 1200L/H, but noticed that this thing doesn't 'clean up' the solid waste.. Is there anything wrong with my setup? Here's the pic:

Just try moving the spray bar to reduce dead spots where water doesnt flow. Might need a powerhead or another filter, how big is the tank?

3 x 1.5 x 1.5 ft.. have tried to put the spray bar at different places, but so far, the waste just remains at the spot, left corner of the tank.. By the way, is the spray bar supposed to spray water diagonally across/outwards? or downwards?

By the way, does anyone add bubble pipe into tank with external canister?
