Sev Hybrids?

Just wondering if anybody has any kind of sev hybrid or has heard of anything. I was thinking about trying to breed my 8" gold but just didn't want to have a million little sevs. I was just wondering what you guys think has a good potential to breed with a sev. Also I think it is a male any way to be certian?

Yea don't particularly love the parrots either. Plus a RD wouldn't fit in a 55 very well. I forgot to mention it will be in a 55. The only parrots I like are King Kong Parrots or whatever they are called.

hmm... for years i have heard that sev x RD = blood parrot

i have never spoken to a blood parrot breeder, i just assumed it was true. are there any blood parrot breeders on here? or does anyone know some who breeds blood parrts?

I have heard from breeders trying to cross sevs with RDs and didn't produce blood parrots. Its the deformed mouth that doesn't show up. I believe they were created by selective breeding and the line has kept going because a female parrot can be breed.
 
Are parrot cichlids (blood or otherwise) easy to breed? What's the smallest tank you should keep a breeding pair of adults in? And most importantly, do they make good feeders or is it best to sell the babies and buy feeders?
