I have many fish i do not want anymore. A lot of severums, my dad likes them he bought them but know i am ready to get rid of them and byt the fish I want. Im older now, so what should i do with these fish, i dont know who would want to by them from me.. I just want them in a safe place. Also, what is beneficial about fish breeding. I would like to know about you small time breeders. So do you make profit? I am thniking about taking my hobby to the next step and breeding some nice midas/ red devil or some flowerhorn. Is theyre a proft from it? just curious? Thanks

If the sevs are larger, taking them to a local fish store and donating them or getting store credit for them is a possibility. You could also list them on craigslist for free if you just wanetd them gone and out of the tank. I'd check the LFS's firs though and see if you couldn't get some credit saved up with them for eitehr fish food or the fish you want to get. That's what I am doing with a bunch of my african msobo's from ym 55gallon. Trading in a good handful of them, so I can either pick up a fire eel or some frozen foods ;p

When I was breeding angels, I never made a profit ... but I did offset the cost of my hobby, which when you are 12 and had no allowence, was very useful.
