Severum Aggression... towards airstone?

Work up and turned the light on this morning. Watched my super red severum venting some serious frustration on my airstone. Has anyone seen or heard of this before? I have a video but cant exactly whip my phone out at work(PCI compliance and all). Just trying to see if anyone has an ideas on this one.

LOL! No haven't seen my green sev do that, but it will shove it's oscar tank mate around quite often. These two have been in together since they were not much bigger than a quarter.

Yeah it was random and out of nowhere. I'm talking full blown attacking, mouth fully opened and fins standing up. He's one strange fish.. only has one eye but hes something else.
