I just got back from a week away from home, and looked at my fish. I noticed one of my severums and a blood parrot had white stuff on their faces. Looks fungal IMO. These are the only two fish that have it. These two fish also lock lips frequently with each other, but their fighting never goes beyond lip locking. How can I go about healing this up? Doing the water change right now. Water in yellow from tannins.

I have a lot of driftwood, but the parts facing upwards are mostly big solid smooth chunks. I guess its possible they tried to swim under the driftwood in the little caves the crayfish made.

Please help! Whatever this is, it killed the severum. I found its body, and its eyes were bulging way out of the head. Its gotten the blood parrot really bad too. Its eating away at its lower lip. Please, does anyone know anything that could help?

my parrots tend to get this sometimes but i've never had them die from it, i would go to walmart and get melafix or get some ich treatment stuff. its definitely a fungal infection

i notice this happens when the water gets dirty and needs to be changed, after you treat the fungal infection it will leave little holes in the fishes head/face but they will heal
