Severum dying. What's the cause?

I just got this guy yesterday and he was perfectly fine. I put him in my tank and my GT started bothering him right away. He's now just floating around trying to swim but he's still breathing. All his find are starting to rot it looks like too. Is this from stress? He was hiding all night and was still hiding this morning. Is there anything I can do? The bad part is he was getting his own tank today. Is there anything I can do to help? I have him isolated in a bucket right now but it looks like it's probably too late

his fins aren't rotting they are being eaten off. looks like your GT is given him a pretty bad beating. keep him quarantined and he may bounce back.
