My gold female has some red spots on her face Also a white spot that looks like a pimple I lost my male Severum I don't want to lose her now water is fine and tepm is at 78f

Check to see if there are red dots in the center of them. Chance it's HITH. I currently battling it myself.

Can you tell me how you have been treating her to this point? It will help trying to figure out which meds would be appropreate at this point. Also helpful would be your water parameters ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph and hardness if available. These will also help in deciding what the best treatment will be. In the mean time do a 50% water change, bravel vacume and add 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons of water. More information will get better results.

I area with some sort of bacteria infection my fish get them some times and usually die because never set up a hospital tank,and it coast to much to treat my 420 gallon tank GOOD LUCK
 
Salt melafix I just started pimafix water parameters are all fine she is part of my breed pair that we have in our fish room we do weekly water changes

Fine is not a very good description of your parameters. If you want better help it would be advised to give us the numbers, especially the ph value. Do you have an appropriate test kit? Most people that just say fine actually don't even know what their parameters are.

I'm going broke just treating a 55 gallon. I can't imagine a 420 gallon.
