Severum help

I bought a baby golden severum and i find its fins ripped and it's for sure acting wierd while erratically rubbing it's body to surfaces
What is the best thing to do?

First thing I would think of is sign of Ich or parasites.
Is the Severum in a quarantine aquarium?

I’d agree that flashing is a good sign of ich or flukes.

Thank u guys it was a ich storm raising the temp did the trick
