Severum Identification

Can anyone help me ID this little guy? Rescued him from someone who dumped him in an African tank. He is only 2"

My main question is whether he is a normal Green Severum, or a Red Shoulder

( sorry should've been more specific in first post )

I am leaning toward a Rokteil Severum because of the red on the bottom fin. My Green Severum never displayed the red color when he was that size. Still it is difficult to say for sure at that size....still a great looking fish. Congrats!

Yeah I don't mind what he ends up being, they're both gorgeous fish. Just curious and too impatient for him to grow up

Looks exactly like my 3" green severum.

Honestly I'd have to lean towards a green Severum (female?) but at that size it's hard to tell.

Looks like my baby rotkeil I had a few years ago, but then again baby rotkeils look exactly like baby greens. all you can really do is just wait until some of the red comes in around the shoulders. My rotkeil already had red around the shoudler starting to form at that size but it might be because he was f1.

Looks exactly like my rotkeil when he was a babe. He is one gorgeous fish now.

Its a Rotkeil or a Notatus cos its only got 8 bars, i have both and they almost look identical at 2" except the notatus shows spots when his bars fade.
