I can't tell if this is fin rot, fungus or what? Can anyone tell? Also, what would be the treatment? Salt and higher tank temp? Thanks!

Sorry for the bad photos, they're bets I can get. It looks white, and either "puffy" or "wormy" I can't tell which. The fish is acting fine, I've only seen him try to scratch it maybe once or twice.

Finrot. Keep the temp steady at 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Increased temperature often causes bacterial infections to progress rather quickly. This must be avoided. Try water changes for a few days. If it doesn't improve, treat with Maracyn.

Thanks
