I have a little f1 notatus from rapps and I noticed pin sized dot things around his nostril and mouth area. It looked like ich but under further inspection it might seem like the start of hith. Their white little areas. I haven't added a fish for over a month and my nitrates are below 10 because I do twice a week water changes and a temp of 80. I vary his diet with pellets, homeade food, and blackworms and he comps on the live plants in the tank. Could this be hith or no? What would have caused it? I can't really get a picture because the dots or so small
